This is very easy method to make Pani (Liquid) for Panipuri/ Gol-gappe which are readily available at every Nuke n corner. Just follow the steps given below and your Pani Puri / Gol Gappa will be ready in just 5 minutes.

    METHOD 1

    Recipe for 2 People

    Ready made pani puri packet-1 (Small contains 50 no. of Puries.)

    Boiled,  peeled, smashed Potatoes: 3 Medium

    Ingredients:

    Amchur / Dry mango Power : 3 Tea Spoonful

    Jaggery: 1/2 Bowel (Grated)

    Lemon : 1 lemon’s Squeezed Juice

    Mint leaves : 1Bowel

    Green Chillies : 3 in Nos.

    Chat masala :3 Teaspoonful

    Black Salt Powder : 2 Teaspoonful

    Chilled Water : 1 Liter

    Salt as per taste

    Procedure:

    Add chat Masala and salt to smashed potato.(For stuff in Puri)

    Grind rest of ingredients with little quantity of water.

    Add the chutney and chilled water into a large vessel.

    Liquid for Puri is ready.

    Stuff puries with potato smash. Add prepared liquid to it and enjoy your delicious instant pani-puri at home!.

    METHOD 2

    This method needs time for preparation about 20 min.

    Recipe for 2 People

    Ready made pani puri packet-1 (Small contains 50 no. of Puries.)

    Ingredients:

    Namkin Boondi :125 gms

    Mint leaves : 1Bowel

    Ginger : Piece of 1 inch

    Green Chillies : 3 in Nos.

    Lemon : 1 lemon’s Squeezed Juice

    Cumin/Jeera Powder : 3 Tea Spoonful

    Jaggery : 1 bowel

    Salt: As per Taste

    Black Salt: 2-3 Tea Spoonful

    chilled water: 1 liter

    Procedure:

    1.Soak Namkin Boondi into 2 Bowels of normal water.

    2. Mix chilled water and grind for 3 minutes all above ingredients in Big grinder pot. Pour it into a big vessel.

    3. Now remove all water from Namkin Boondi and add it to the big Bowel containing liquid for Panipuri.

    4. Now break puries at it’s center pour liquid for Panipuri; Enjoy delicious pani-puri.

    Tip: You can enhance panipuri’s taste by adding Raw onion and chopped coriander.
