MBA Masters in Business Administration is a Two year course consists of four semesters. On Successful completion of such course the students will receive MBA degree from University of Pune.
The following students will be eligible for taking admission in MBA from any institute under University of Pune:-

Eligibility regarding Graduation

 Those who have completed their Graduation from any recognised University

 Minimum 50% for general category and minimum 45% for reserved category

Eligibility regarding Entrance

Given MH CET

Students who have given MH CET will be eligible for Admission through DTE. They have to score more than Zero marks to become eligible.

Given CMAT/CAT/GMAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA (registered in DTE)

The candidates who have appeared for CAT (conducted by IIMs)/CMAT 2014 (Conducted by AICTE)/ GMAT (conducted by GMAC, USA)/ MAT (conducted by AIMA in February 2014)/ XAT (conducted by XLRI)/ ATMA (conducted by AIMS) also need to Register online for MHCET.

However the above said students will not get any Hall ticket and need not give MHCET exam. The scores they obtain in the above said entrances will be considered while preparing the merit list for such type of candidates. They have to take a print out of the application form submitted to DTE for any further reference.

• The candidates who have appeared for the above said entrances will be considered for All India Seats only.

• Even though they are Maharastrian candidates still they are been considered for All India Seats only.

• All the All India seats will be considered as General Quota only.

• These all India students are not eligible to appear for Round 4 that is counselling round.


Those candidates who have not given any of the entrance , but fulfilled the Graduation criteria then they can take admission in MBA through Institute level seats (Management Quota) and they are not eligible for Admission through DTE CAP(Central Admission Process) .

They have to appear in the association CET conducted by Association of Management of MBA/MMS Institutes AMMI. The students can contact interested college and can get complete details regarding this.
