Sept. 3, 2019: CAP Round I

Aug Option form:  Online Submission & Confirmation of Option Form of CAP Round-I through candidate’s Login by the Candidate.
Sept. 3  Allotment:  Display of Provisional Allotment of CAP Round-I
Sept 4 & 5 ARC Reporting:

Reporting to the Admission Reporting Centre (ARC) as per Allotment of CAP Round I.
1. Candidates who have been allotted the seats as per there first preference in Round-I (Auto Freezed) must report to ARC. Such candidates shall not be eligible for participation in subsequent rounds.
2. Candidates who have been allotted other than first preference and self freezed there allotment in Round-I through there login must report to ARC. Such candidates shall not be eligible for participation in subsequent rounds. (Candidates must exercise this option carefully)
3. Candidates who have been allotted other than first preference and want betterment in the subsequent rounds must claim the allotted seat by reporting to ARC for betterment.

Note: – Candidates who have already reported to ARC during 18th to 21st July 2019 & paid seat acceptance fees need not require to report to ARC again.

Sept. 4 to Sept. 6 Reporting to the Institute: Reporting to the Allotted Institute and Confirmation of Admission by submitting required documents and payment of fee after CAP Round I. [ Note: Candidates who have reported to ARC as per 9(i), 9(ii) above must report to allotted Institute for confirmation of admission.]

Sept. 7: CAP Round II

Sept. 7 Vacant Seats List:  Display of Provisional Vacant Seats for CAP Round-II
Sept. 7 & Sept. 8 Option form for CAP II:  Online Submission & Confirmation of Option Form of CAP Round-II through candidate’s Login by the Candidate.
Sept. 9 Allotment:  Display of Provisional Allotment of CAP Round-II
Sept. 9 to Sept. 11 ARC Reporting* Reporting to the ARC as per Allotment of CAP Round II if seat is allotted for first time in CAP Round II.
Sept. 9 to Sept. 11  Institute Reporting:  Reporting to the Allotted Institute and Confirmation of Admission by submitting required documents and payment of feeafter CAP Round II.[ Note: Candidates who have reported to ARC as per 14(i), 14(ii) above must report to allotted Institute for confirmation ofadmission.]

Sept. 15 Allotment: Display of provisional Allotment of CAP Round-III
Sept. 16 Academics Commencement of academic activities for All institutes
Sept. 16 to Sept. 17 ARC Reporting: Reporting to the ARC as per Allotment of CAP Round III if seat is allotted for first time in CAP Round III
Sept. 16 to Sept. 18 Institute Reporting:  Reporting to the Allotted Institute and Confirmation of Admission by submitting required documents and payment of feeafter CAP Round III.[Note: Candidates who have been allotted the seat/seatretained/got betterment in Round III and reported to ARC mustreport to allotted Institute for confirmation of admission.]
