Format of the Research Paper is an important task while writing and submitting a research paper to any Institute. The general format of a research paper is given below.

ABSTRACT

Your paper should be in the same format as this file.  The abstract goes here. Your abstract should be a maximum of 250 words here clearly outlining the contribution of your paper. The abstract is in italic fonts.

KEYWORDS

Maximum of six words. e.g.. Modelling, simulation, artificial intelligence and neural networks

1.  Introduction

Clearly explain the nature of the problem, previous work, purpose, and contribution of the paper.

2.  Body of Paper

For the body of your document, use Times New Roman font, 10-point type size, single-spaced.  The whole document should be fully justified (not only left-justified).  Headings should be 12-point, upper- and lower-case, bold or 10pt upper case, bold.  Subheadings should be 10-point upper- and lower-case.

Paper size: Only A4 size is accepted. (8.27” x 11.89”) (210 mm x 27 mm)

Margins: -All pages Top, bottom, left of page: 25 mm (1”)

-Right:15 mm (0.49”)

-Space between two columns:12 mm (0.47”)

– Space for columns: 80 mm (3.15”)

Justification: Full justification of the document

No headers and footers, no page numbers.

2.1 Graphs, Tables, and Photographs

Tables and Graphs: Minimum 8-point type size, minimum line thickness 0.13” or .30 mm, all captions should be upper- and lower-case, bold or unbold, and centred over one or two columns of body text (depending on the size of the graph or table).

Illustrations and Photographs: Halftones, minimum of 8-point type size.  Captions should be in upper- and lower-case, bold, and centred over 1 or 2 columns of body text (depending on the size of the image).  

Images must be computer-designed and submitted as EMBEDDED images in your document (.pdf  or .doc ).  

Digitized photographs in 256 greyscale are recommended.

File size: Total file size of the paper should not exceed 2Mb.

3.  Conclusions

Clearly indicate advantages, limitations, and possible applications.

Acknowledgements

A brief acknowledgement section may be included between the Conclusions and References (optional).

Do not include author biographies.

References

References need to be numbered as they appear in your text ([1], [2], [3], etc) and should appear in your reference section in numerical order (not alphabetically).

Note that the journal-title and volume number (but not issue number) are set in italics.

Note that the title of the book is in lower case letters and italicized.  There is no comma following the title. Place of publication and publisher are given.

Submitting Your Final Manuscript

Deadline for receipt of final manuscripts is posted on the conference webpage.

Submit the papers in .PDF or .DOC format only. Preferred is .DOC.

In order for your final manuscript to be published, the following conditions to be satisfied:

1.Registration and fully paid for by the deadline.
2. Presenting at the conference by one of the authors.
3. Submission online to eITBM 2011-08-25@gmail.com.
4. Papers poorly produced or incorrectly formatted and past the deadline will not be included in the proceedings.

PAPER SUBMISSION :

Please use Letter-size document format only. You are allowed a total of 5 pages double-column pages in IEEE format for the document. This is the maximum number of pages that will be accepted, including all figures, tables, and references. Please do not put page numbers on your document.
